Acceptance of Terms

By using MLogs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

Authorized Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate FiveM servers
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for malicious purposes
• Respect user privacy
• Not bypass technical limitations

Prohibitions

It is forbidden to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Compromise the security of the service
• Share your credentials with third parties
• Use the service to harass or threaten
• Violate the rights of others

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Automatic renewal on the due date
• Invoices available in your client area
• Prices in euros (EUR), all taxes included

Refunds

No refunds are granted for services already used. In case of a technical problem on our side, we may extend your subscription.

Termination by the User

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your client area. Access to the service will be maintained until the end of the billed period.

Suspension by MLogs

We may suspend your account in case of:

• Violation of the terms of use
• Abuse of the service
• Non-payment of invoices
• Fraudulent activity

Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to back up your important data.

Data Collection

We only collect the data necessary for the operation of the service: account information, server logs, and billing data.

Security

Your data is protected by appropriate security measures: SSL encryption, secure access, and regular backups.

Data Sharing

We only share your data with necessary service providers (Stripe for payments) and only within the legal framework.
